บริษัท บริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) ตระหนักและเคารพในความเป็นส่วนตัวของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ตามคำนิยามที่ระบุไว้ด้านล่าง) ดังนั้น บริษัทจึงได้จัดทำนโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (“นโยบายฉบับนี้”) ขึ้นเพื่อกำกับการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้งาน และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัท</li> <li><strong>ขอบเขต</strong> - บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามความจำเป็นสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้ระบุไว้ในนโยบายฉบับนี้ หรือตามที่ได้เปิดเผยไว้กับบุคคล ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะถูกจัดเก็บด้วยวิธีการที่เหมาะสมและเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย</li> <li><strong>การใช้งานข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล</strong> -
